We just left Valencia and used the Red Bus for 48 hours plus the admission combo to St Nicolas. We had zero problems. Clean/newer buses, encountered friendly staff, and all buses we were looking for were on time. We did not have the negative experience others seemed to have had. We were also in shoulder season.

Interesting tour, would like some more info on the audio guide.

The bus tour was on time (which was something we were a bit worried about due to having read other reviews) and it was very friendly service all the way through. Of course, some of the headphone stations didn't work but the ones that did gave great guidance in a large selection of languages. We can highly recommend the 48 hour bus tour as it gives you the chance to see all of Valencia without rushing. We were so amazed and mesmerised by the Oceanografic aquarium (we had bought the combined ticket) and spent over 6 hours there. It was truly amazing and so worthy a visit! The dolphin show was spectacular and something that should be planned into the visit of the aquarium.

I have read some of the other reviews and they do not reflect my experience. I could hear the audio information which was good. We were given a little map which indicated where the stops were. Very good.

Our whole family loved the ride on this wonderful bus. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Valencia for the first time, especially on the second floor! It's an incredible feeling to rise above all the cars and people and watch them from above. We were on the red route, but we're definitely planning to ride the green one in the next few days. The only downside is that not all the tour guides (translators) are working, but that's okay because you can always change seats – there are usually plenty of free seats. Don't forget to bring headphones – they're given to you with your tickets, and if you buy tickets online, the driver should give them to you. The drivers on this route are very helpful and cheerful, both men and women. I also recommend buying 48-hour tickets instead of 24. They're a little more expensive, but they're definitely worth it.

Excellent service! The explanation was just right, giving a clear overview of everything. The schedules are approximately as advertised, and the drivers are very friendly.
